We begin crafting your jewelry only after your order is placed, allowing us to focus on detail, quality, and intentional design.
Made-to-order allows us to produce more responsibly while maintaining a higher level of craftsmanship.
It reduces unnecessary waste and ensures each piece is created with care — not in bulk.
Production takes approximately 8–10 business days.
Shipping begins once your piece is complete.
To reduce packaging and environmental impact, we may ship items together.
Your order will follow the longest delivery timeframe if multiple items are included.

Every Aureline design begins with S925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver), selected for its durability, elegance, and naturally hypoallergenic properties.
Each piece is then finished with 18K gold plating, creating a refined, luminous surface designed for everyday wear.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
Because each piece is made to order, customized items cannot be returned or canceled once production begins.
Yes. Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
Returns must be approved before shipping.
All returns are sent to Poland (Warsaw). Details are provided after approval.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Yes. Aureline offers a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This does not include normal wear, accidental damage, or improper use.
