Order Processing & Production
All Aureline jewelry is handcrafted and made to order.
Once your order is placed, it is processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that processing does not mean shipment.
Estimated production time is 8–10 business days, followed by shipping time depending on your location.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times listed below are estimates only and begin after production is completed.
Based on recent delivery data, estimated shipping times are:

UAE: 6–8 business days

Canada: 6–8 business days

Australia: 6–8 business days

New Zealand: 6–8 business days

Singapore: 5–7 business days

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, peak seasons, weather conditions, or factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
Lost, Delayed or Undelivered Packages
Every shipment includes tracking.
If your package is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer either:

a free replacement, or
-
a refund, at our discretion
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

customs clearance
-
incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
-
carrier disruptions
-
force majeure events
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received are not considered lost and are not eligible for refund.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. If a package is marked as delivered, we recommend contacting the carrier and local authorities if you believe it was stolen.
Refused, Unclaimed or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is:

refused by the customer
-
unclaimed
-
returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address
-
returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes
The customer will be responsible for:

original shipping costs
-
return shipping costs (if applicable)
These amounts may be deducted from any refund. In some cases, no refund will be issued.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available for certain destinations.
Choosing expedited shipping may reduce shipping time only and does not reduce production time.
If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order at hello@aureline-paris.com so we can confirm availability for your location.
International Duties, Taxes & Customs
All international customers are importers of record and are responsible for complying with their local customs regulations.
By placing an international order, you agree that:

you are responsible for all import duties, VAT, GST, handling fees, customs charges, or other taxes imposed by your country

these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

such charges are non-refundable
-
we are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance

refusal to pay customs duties or taxes may result in the parcel being returned, abandoned, or destroyed, without refund
We ship from global fulfillment centers. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local import regulations. Please contact your local customs office for more information prior to placing an order.
