Welcome to Aureline.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aureline.

Aureline operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”), in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Aureline is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use our Services.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, warranties, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS (MADE TO ORDER)

All Aureline products are handcrafted and made to order, created individually after an order is placed.

Due to the nature of handcrafted and made-to-order production:

• product appearance may vary slightly from images shown

• natural stones may differ in color, tone, or pattern

• variations do not constitute defects

We do not guarantee that the appearance of products will meet individual expectations or be identical to images displayed online.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit products at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Aureline reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.

An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and order confirmation is issued.

Once an order for a made-to-order product has been accepted and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, except as expressly outlined in our Refund Policy [LINK].

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellation requests after acceptance.

Purchases are for personal or household use only and may not be made for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are shown at the time of checkout and may change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, or import fees unless explicitly stated.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your purchase, including applicable fees and taxes.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All shipping, delivery times, risk of loss, customs duties, and international shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy [LINK], which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and final sale items are governed exclusively by our Refund & Returns Policy [LINK], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Certain products, including made-to-order or customized items, may be final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including trademarks, logos, text, images, videos, graphics, and designs, is owned by Aureline or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to third-party tools or services “as is” and without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party content, functionality, or services.

Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those providers.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Aureline is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Aureline. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Aureline. You expressly release Shopify from any related claims.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy [LINK]. Shopify may also process personal data in order to provide the Services.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

By submitting reviews, feedback, or content, you grant Aureline a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for any purpose, including marketing.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders if information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time. Obligations incurred prior to termination survive termination.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aureline and its partners from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aureline.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable consumer protection laws depending on the customer’s country of residence.

SECTION 21 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
